WE DON'T USE MACHINES, WE MAKE THEM.

CrossFit is different from the regular commercial "health-club" as it uses a totally different way of training.

We use many different types of equipment which all share a common theme, they work! We don’t need specialized machines to get in shape. Looking around our facility you’ll  see barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, medicine balls, and other simple pieces of equipment being utilized.
