Open gym training is when the facility is open for members to do their own workouts. Coaches might or might not be available during those periods.
OPEN GYM TRAINING IS NOT ALLOWED FROM 6PM - 8PM.
*If you haven't done CrossFit before, or haven't gone through a fundamentals class in a previous CrossFit box - GOING THROUGH OUR 1 MONTH BASICS PROGRAM IS A MUST. If for any reason, you can't make the allocated times), please contact us so we can accommodate you!

WoD stands for Workout of the Day. These CrossFit classes are open to anyone. While proper technique is still crucial, we also focus on increasing our capacity (getting more fit). Everyone does the same workout, but we scale down/up to suit everyone's abilities.
For those of you who prefer bodyweight movements, circuit-style training and NO heavy lifting - this class is for YOU!
- Gymnastics and skills
- Bodyweight CrossFit WoDs
- Endurance and conditioning
- Accessory exercises focusing on upper body, leg and core strength
- Fat burning
We open the gym up for you to come work on your weaknesses, fine tune your strengths, make up a missed WOD or just hang out. Make sure you get approval from a coach before coming to open gym, for your safety and the safety of everyone in the gym.
However, we encourage you to join one of our regularly scheduled group coaching sessions.
This class was created to help members increase their proficiency in the Snatch and Clean & Jerk. During this hour we’ll take everyone through a warm-up followed by some technical drills and form correction, then we’ll finish with some strength and/or mobility work. Our Weightlifting classes are open to beginners and advanced lifters alike. If you’re ready to take your lifting to the next level, this is the ideal class for you.
This workshop is for CrossFit athletes of all levels. Our gymnastics workshops and programs include specific drills designed to develop and enhance participant’s ability and confidence in a range of body weight movements. Pull ups, muscle ups, handstand pushups, kipping mechanics, butterfly pullups, handstand walks and all their progressions are covered in this workshop.
